Performance of PV array configurations under dynamic partial shadings

The partial shading effect (PSE) is responsible for most power losses in a photovoltaic (PV) system. By modifying the interconnections between PV modules, called array reconfiguration, it possible to improve output under conditions (PSCs). Compared research on static PSCs, impact of dynamic PSCs arrays rarely mentioned, although deserves be studied. This paper studies PSE four traditional configurations and two reconfiguration techniques based 5 × array. are Series-Parallel (SP), Bridge-Link, Honey-Comb, Total-Cross-Tied (TCT). SuDoKu (SDK) representing Physical Array Reconfiguration (PAR) Electrical (EAR). simplified three types varying orientation: horizontal, vertical, diagonal.
